Job Description
- Implement a curriculum to teach computer programming, e.g. Scratch, Python, and JavaScript to kids and teens aged 8 to 16.
- Supervision of program participants, classroom management, and maintaining a positive, productive learning environment.
- Cultivate positive relationships and maintains effective communication with parents, children, and other staff.

Skills/Experience
- College juniors/seniors/graduates from Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar fields.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficient programming and coding skills. Experience with hardware (Raspberry Pi/ Arduino) is a plus.
- Mature, reliable, and enthusiastic about teaching computer science.
- Able to make complex concepts clear to young learners.
- Patient and able to manage multiple types of learners in the same session.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to wear many hats and a “can do” attitude.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience.
