Job Description

• Identify new potential clients and opportunities, through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
• Closing customer contracts and generating new sales for the training, education, and advisory services to reach the company’s sales target.
• Manage projects implementation and logistics from inception to completion.  
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
• Manage company’s online and social media presence. 
• Complete other assigned tasks as required.  

Skills/Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar fields.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proven sales and relationship building skills.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and decision making skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to wear many hats and a “can do” attitude.
• Proficient technology user.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
